+ Move slowly and seasonally
+ Prioritize nervous-system safety over effort
+ Listen to the body rather than correct it
+ Allow rest to be enough
You’re welcome whether you feel steady, tired, uncertain, or quiet. Nothing needs to be fixed before you belong.
In this space, we:
A gentle, winter-paced space for rest, reflection, and letting go of self-correction.
The Winter Weaving Circle is a small, seasonal gathering for women who feel called to slow down. This is not a program for fixing yourself or pushing through. It’s a place to rest, listen inward, and allow what’s been overworked to soften — together, and at a pace that honors winter.
+ A calm opening to help you arrive
+ A seasonal reflection or prompt
+ Time for quiet presence and optional sharing
+ Space to integrate without pressure
Each gathering includes:
investment: $88
4 week commitment
The Winter Weaving Circle unfolds over four weeks, guided by weekly themes rooted in rest, listening, and gentle repair.
+ feel tired of healing through effort
+ notice yourself pushing even when your body asks for rest
+ want support without advice or pressure
+ are in a season of slowing down, recalibrating, or tending yourself
+ accountability structures
+ productivity or goal-setting
+ rapid transformation
+ advice-driven coaching
I hold this circle with steadiness, care, and respect for each person’s pace. My role is not to fix, motivate, or direct your healing; but to create conditions where effort can soften and listening can emerge.
This work is informed by trauma-aware yoga, Reiki, and lived experience, but guided most of all by presence and permission.
